An open floor plan was proposed facing the access area, taking advantage of natural light for the workstations, which have the longest occupancy in the office.

The rest of the program was divided into three parts. From the entrance, the meeting room was placed first, controlled by the reception desk and close to the flow of clients and visitors.

Second, a "black cube" was designed facing the workstations, grouping together the service installations. The cube can be opened and closed as needed.

Finally, in the rear area of the floor plate, the partners' private office was placed.

Both sides of the "black cube" were enclosed toward the open work area with glazed partitions, allowing natural light to enter and providing visual connection across the entire floor.

The ceiling of the group work area was left exposed, showing the raw structure and installations, to convey a modern, comfortable, and flexible space.

White, gray, black, and light oak tones were used for the standard furniture, complemented by neutral-temperature lighting in linear fixtures.
